This statement makes little or no sense to me.

Please enlighten me, how does a stiffer spring wear out a shock or strut any quicker than a less stiff spring? The shocks and struts are simply damping the suspension movement that is controlled by the spring?

Its rather easy the stiffer springs when they go over a bump react quicker and the added reaction speed in the strut or shock is a lot more sever to the shock or strut.

In my opinion, the GT500 MUST be lowered at LEAST a little.
