When I was putting the strut back in I rotated the camber plate. Honestly I figured it was a long shot guess but the camber came out good.
I put the arrow facing the engine.
Maybe I missed your question....
Didn't change the shocks or anything else....I asked around a bunch and some people were recommending changing the shocks too but I figured I'd try it considering the $1000 difference.
I'm pretty picky about the feel of the car ( ex- racer) and it seems very good, better not worse, which is opposite of what some said it would be ( the guys trying to sell shocks).

You should run a plumbob from the center edge of each rear fender to the center of each wheel and measure how far out they are (if any). Often when lowered, the rear axles will move offcenter (left or right). The adjustable panhard bar will allow you to re-center the axle.
You might consider getting new shocks and struts though. I dont sell them, but the increased spring rate of the shorter spring will wear out the factory shocks and you will then have a soft floating ride that will bounce. Just a thought if you start to notice it.
Tokico D specs....adjustable in both compression and rebound. Great for us ex racers...hotpart.com for $508. Best price I have seen on the web.....
I can say that the Tokicos on my GT are an entire new level of performance. I thought I was going to do sway bars too but, I can't see why now. Unless I flogged it at track, this setup is more than able to get me into trouble.
Reg the GT500, I know Steeda had the Tokicos speced for their sport springs but, the higher weight of the GT500 may be better to use a beefier tuned combo. Steeda also makes a GT500 kit for drops.
I'd check into that. Also, some great coilover set ups exist for the GT500.
Springs only is not going to give you the best level of performance.
