Where do I buy Chrome Hood Extractors?

I recently bought a carbon fiber hood, which came with chrome hood extractors, unlike the flat black plastic ones. I personally don't care for the chrome, but I have so many people asking me where to get them, and I don't know.

I tried to search Google as well as Blue Oval Industries and Brenspeed etc. And so far no luck!

I'm not sure where to get another finish, but on your car I actually dig the chrome. Don't have to worry about rushing to find new ones, at least!

Who did you get the hood from? they might sell them seperate

You could always buy a set and have them chromed.

Aluminum hood grille inserts are part of the Shelby GT500 40th Anniversary Package sold by Shelby Automobiles. Owners of existing GT500s who are interested in the package can contact Shelby Automobiles at (702) 942-7325 or visit the company's web site at www.shelbyautos.com for more information. However, their website does not list the aluminum hood grille inserts by themselves, so you would have to contact them and inquire if they can be purchased without the rest of the package.

These aren't aluminum though. They are chromed plastic, like most trim pieces. I bet the aluminum ones are not cheap.

Yeh I have seen the plastic carbon fiber ones, but Fore Precision Works came out with a GT500 Hood Vent. Hitting production this week due to the demand!

I don't think I'd be into the chrome ones......carbon fiber maybe.
