If I am understanding your question, you are referring to having both turbos and a supercharger on the same car. My experience with this is with older cars, but it had some drawbacks.
Pricey. Lots of extra gear, and if they are all located under the hood, no space and TONS of heat to worry about. Maybe the STS (Squire Turbo Systems) remotes which replace the mufflers would solve these particular problems...
Finally, if you are looking for really high boost levels, surging them through the vanes of the supercharger really just turns the blower into an intermittent source of back pressure.
I would contact Squire and discuss the matter with them.
