GT500 motor and modular 5.4 3v engines, any difference?

Hi,
Is there anything special about the GT500's 5.4? I was considering a build and wondering if dropping a triton in would be cheaper than building up the 4.6 in it. Haven't read much but from what I've heard going past 400-450 is were the 4.6 is going to hurt.

yes there is a difference, the gt500's is a 4 valve and Dohc. which can be found in the lincoln nav.s.
