I bought my 08 GT500 in Jan 08. After that I started looking at message forums and reading about people experiences and aftermarket things. And one thing I noticed at the time (on 07's) was production information on their car. Things like how many were produced with those options/color combo and such. I asked how to get that info, and I was told that after the model year production, Ford would send you a paperwork request form, and for $50 or so, you could get all this information.
Well, I was out-to-sea most of the year last year, and either threw it out accidently or never got the request. So a couple days ago, I emailed Ford about that very information. They gave me some vague numbers over the phone (in 08, 7500 GT500's were procuced, 312 with my color) and that was all they could do. The gal I spoke with said Ford didnt keep track of sequencing number or what number in the line mine was (I think I just repeated myself there
). I know some of you guys have more detailed information and can point me in a better direction. Please let me know what to do next!

Hmmm..that's interesting. But I think the numbers really need to come from SVT.
