Default Has anyone done the Ford GT cam swap with their Shelby?

Was just wondering if anyone has done the Ford GT cam swap on their Shelby yet? IF so, how is the performance gain. I've never dug into a modular engine yet, but this swap looks faily easy for a backyard mechanic.

The cam used to be the cheapest HP upgrade you could do for a pushrod engine. I know the GT make 50 more horse than the Shelby, is that because of the cams and a tune only?

While the Ford GT and Shelby GT500 cams are a bit different, it is the different supercharger used on the Ford GT that is responsible for most of the hp difference.
