They are so easy to adjust just do it and see what you like. Start with full hard and then back off 5 or six turns to full soft. I would then go to half way. It also depends on the springs you are using. For the street I run my GT full soft for a nice compfortable ride. When I do a track event I run the fronts hard and a turn and a half from hard in the back. In theory you need just enough shock to dampen out the spring rebound and compression. To hard and the tires will bounce and give a bad ride. Too soft and you look like a low rider bouncing up and down.
