Umm finding one now would be like finding the holy grail. Call a dealer ship and get their opinion or pick up one of those exotic trader mags. But I would find a 03-04 cobra put a pulley kit on and chip an see the 500 in my rear view.

Try autos.yahoo.com. Truth be told there's not much in the way of options for the GT500 other than stripe deletes, DVD navigation and a trim package.

But I know that Dealers are marking them up in the 60,000-80,000 dollar range.

You'd be better to get a GT and super/turbo charge it.

Find an invoice plus dealership and see if you can build it and have it sent there for pickup.

I passed a dealership in Leonardtown, MD yesterday. They actually had several on the lot according to the big sign out front --'Shelbys are here"

I would HAVE to think at some point the prices are gonna come down, because they've been out for, what, 6-8 months? And there are still vehicles available, in Leo-Town MD?

Might FoMo even do a 0%, 72 month like last Labor Day?

Well, the wife hasn't said no when I've brought it up...God love that woman...

Yeah the prices will come down after the '08s come out, but 0% ?!?!? What are you smokin'. They'd never offer 0% on a special edition mustang(like the cobra) unless dealers aren't selling them off the lots, and I don't think that will ever be the case for the entire production run of the Shelby

To address a previous question: The '08s will have a lot more options than the '07. Someone posted the '08 options somewhere...I think there is even an ambient lighting option, and some other neat things that I wouldn't be able to afford after shoveling out that kinda cash for MSRP.

There is a good possibility with Ford's fincial woes that a 0% financing option maybe a likelihood this year...BUT NOT ON THE SHELBY GT500...

Remember, manufactures usually only offer such great incentitives (i.e. rebates or low financing) on vehicles that are overstocked or not selling.

Well if Ford happens offer to offer 0% financing on Mustangs again...there's a good chance I'll be picking up a 2nd Mustang....a 'vert sound good

Right now Ford is offering 1,000 rebate on the GT and V6 Mustangs.

I spoke with my dealer y'day and they just got 2 gT500 in and ask me if I was interested. I said ya, but not at 20K over, but would if I got X-Plan. (joking of course) he said, no x-paln, A-plan D-plan......no no no.
