sucks to be that car. I feel so bad for the owner or the idiot who wrecked the car. What a waste.

ohh yeah we have a lot of those here in south tx. i once tried to out bid this one guy at a car lot for a 2001 gt for 7000 dlls. once i did i took it straight to pep boys to get the whole car checked and the guys showed me the welds from where the frame was bent and they weld it back together and attempted to torch it back straight. the alignment was off permanatly wich meant that i would have to align the car almost every time i hit a pot hole. the car was beutiful and i tried to talk him down another 2000 but he found another guy to buy it for 9000. carfax has been very helpfull now a days with all my automobile purchases.

wish I had about $40,000 right now...

buy me an '05+ V6 car and that one... build a bad ass sleeper... take it to the road course on weekends and own some Vipers, Vettes, BMWs, and Porsches.

But if wishes were horses...

1976 Ford Mustang II Ghia: 302 with a 600cfm Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock Performer 289 intake, Dynomax Blackjack headers, 2.5" exhaust with Flowmaster Super 44s. RJS 11-gallon fuel cell, C4 tranny, chrome 16" pony wheels, fuzzy dice, brown vinyl half-top, and painted in the tackiest color ever (harvest gold, that's why I call it "The Goldenrod").

Also have a 2003 Dodge Ram (lightly modded daily driver/tow rig/office/dining room/home away from home/workshop... I call it "The Big Blue Dawg".)

ditto man. That's exactly what I want to do to a v6, drop a whole shelby drivetrain in it, keep it looking stock, upgrade the drivetrain, and make it one bada** sleeper. Just wish I had the $...
