Yep..working on the 60...I run with drag radials right now..trying to get 15's on there with slicks. It bogs when I hook. I also need some gears..still have the 3.31's. I will try to get some video up soon. I'm not sure if any of it turned out when I finally got the thing hooked and daylighted the tires but if it did I'll put it up.
Yes, she has video. She either bogs, or spins. Bad thing is right now with all the upgrades, you may not be able to upload it now. You might be able to, but if not wait a few days and get the servers tweaked and then try it.

I'm a little disappointed they put 3.31s in these. What a waste.
Thats what im saying.. they should have put 3.73s... i mean, cmon.. they put them in the Bullitt? why not the shelby..?
Yeh..exactly you guys. I think they were trying to get away from charging the gas guzzling tax. How stupid is that? I'm going to put the rear axle in from the KR when they get it out which should be March I think.

Nice! Damn..I can see what the gears are going to do for me. Whoo hoo..can't wait to get them. That's good on drag radials. I'm hooking a little too hard and it bogs down...but I can't run with traction off or I just spin and am sideways. Thanks..yeh..I think my runs are pretty good with traction on etc and with the bogging...it'll get better as soon as I get my slicks on and gears.
Actually, with ford making the shelby come with 3.31's they probably save you an amount of money that you are going to have to spend to install a set of your own gears. because the gas guzzler tax i think on the gt500 is around $1,300 or so. but on other cars i have seen it upwards of $2,400!!!!

Yeh..your right..and I remember 10-15 years ago looking at a Saleen at the dealership and the gas tax was either 3000.00 or 4000.00 I couldn't believe it. Yeh..it will save it for sure. Well I got 3.73's for Christmas..whoo hoo..and will install them ourselves and save a boat load.
Stock they are good for mid to low 12's. Sticky tires may get them if you really drive the heck out of it..in to the very high 11's

around my neck of the woods with the typical "fat old rich guy" trying to re-live 40 yrs ago is pulling 12.8x-13.3x STOCK and the 12.8 had DR's and mufflers now other parts of the country with different sea-levels is something else. FWIW im sad to say i have YET in 2 yrs seen a STOCK GT500 go quicker that my 03 Cobra in the 1/4.
