Default 1976 mustang cobra II

I bought this car about 2 years ago. Put a little money in it, new paint and sold it about 2 months ago.I kick myself now, I loved that little car.

I don't care what anyone says... Those are sexy looking cars when they've got all the spoilers and louvers on them.
I've got an extra 78 that needs some work sitting in a shed in North Carolina that I want to sell someday. You interested?

I went through the same thing with my first '67. If you really miss it, keep looking and you will at some point be able to replace it. Took me 10 years to replace mine but I'm very happy that I did.

if I was close enough to you, i would kick you too. I love them 70's Cobras with their psychedelic colors and quirky looks.

Me too, curious, how much did you sell it for, looks to be real clean?
I have had more fun driving mine around the last 6 months than any of my previous cars.

I got $6300.00 for it. I know that sounds high but it had a new crate 302, edelbrock intake and carb, serp.belt swap, pulleys, air, power windows, seats and door locks. I called the guy who bought it last night and offered him $1500.00 more than he paid for it, to but it back and he said forget it. So back to square 1

With the options and crate motor you probably could have got way more, I just turned down $5900.00 mine is clean but interior needs seats redone and engine is stock, no air, no power anything and was not an original COBRA II. These things are going up every day it seems and whats out there for sale is either rusted or totally neglected.

No, I don't have any pics of the one I have. I'm in Hawaii now and it's being stored at a buddies house. I'm hoping to get back to NC this summer. It's a factory V8 car, and it may have been a KC, but I was never able to find a buck tag (it did have the plastic wheel spats on it). No engine or transmission in it, and it'll need some work on the rear quarter/tail light area, but the rest of the car is pretty solid. I figured I'd restore it and sell it unless someone comes along that wants it first.
