That asking price is about double what it should be.
Also, Ford didn't put out a 200cid (3.3L) V6, the closest they ever came would've been the 3.2L DOHC 24v Yamaha-built V6 they used in early-90s Taurus SHOs with automatic transmissions, and it wouldn't easily fit in a Mustang II.
They did put out a 200cid (3.3L) inline-six engine, but it would take some pretty serious modifications to make one fit in a II if it would fit at all (they were pretty long, Mustang II engine bays are not.) Besides that, the 200cid I6 is a pretty big downgrade for power and fuel economy compared the the 2.8L (171cid) V6.
Ask some more questions of the seller, and take and post pictures if at all possible, the more info you can provide us, the better help we can provide.
