does any body have the schematics to the emissions hoses and the schematics for the electrical wiring in the engine compartment
it would really help me pass smog

I'd recommend buying a complete(I don't know what year because you didn't say) Ford Shop Manual. Search on Ebay for all the volumes. A few sellers will sell all the volumes as one sale. Those manuals are worth every penny. You may have to buy the Ford Vacuum schematic seperately though as I'm not sure if it comes in the shop manuals for every year.
