Blue Max was looking good at the Summit Racing Mustang Show Real nice guy and great ambassador for our cars. There weren't many, if any, cars there that could take him on the track.

The Mustang II's actually outnumbered the '71-'73 Mustangs. Good showing! I personally did not overhear any of the typical Pinto remarks, probably because the show was dominated by 2005-2008 cars (I have one too, so no comment). The old falcon based cars were not that well represented. There were however, a LOT of Mustangs there and many of them were blown.

Thanks, I had a great time at the show, a lot of people stopped by to ask questions about the car and it was fun speaking to them. I also had a lot of kids sitting in the car and getting a feel for a drag car, that was probably my favorite part. I had a lot of people wanting to hear it run so there were a few people that stayed afterwards to hear me fire it up to take it to the trailer.

I was also glad to meet you rotorr22, its good to put a face with a person on the board and you really know what you are talking about.

I ran the car again im in the 11 teens with a 1.5 60 foot. I still have some tuning to do but she is comin around. I think I might get into the high 10s on motor... then come the nitrous.

Now that is a nice looking car. I would like to see some more pics of that. Also like the Blue Max Avatar. Del Worsham drives that car in the Nostalgia races. I used to work with them before they got the CSK deal.

I go to the drags twice a year. Go to the Winternationals and World FInals.

No just go as a spectator. I have a few friends who race. My buddy is the engine builder for the Pisano and Matsubara Nostalgia Funny car they usally run at Pomona during the Nationals.
