1974 Mustang 2. How much is it worth?

I have just recently bought a 1974 Mustang 2 Fastback. It is non-running and needs rebuilt transmission. Interior has normal wear and exterior has little rust. How much would you buy a car in this condition? Thanks

The car is a 6-cylinder, automatic transmission.

Nice looking and has potential. Lots of work so I hope you either have a large bank account of a garage stocked with equipement.

here in the hoosier state finding one with the body in that shape would tickle me (if the underside was good also)and it looks to be pretty much complete.i cant speak for others and depending on what is wrong with it(to get it running) i would give between $250-$500 for it.
