I have just recently bought a 1974 Mustang 2 Fastback. It is non-running and needs rebuilt transmission. Interior has normal wear and exterior has little rust. How much would you buy a car in this condition? Thanks

The car is a 6-cylinder, automatic transmission.

here in the hoosier state finding one with the body in that shape would tickle me (if the underside was good also)and it looks to be pretty much complete.i cant speak for others and depending on what is wrong with it(to get it running) i would give between $250-$500 for it.

hold on to it its not worth letting go right now, i have a 78 cobra that i might trade for a fox body or any mustang gt 5spd, butin times like these people are saving there money for things they really really want or need, no more extra disposible income. SAVE IT!!!
