Talking She's Home!

Well, I haven't been getting much done on my Mustang II because I've been here and she's been at my old house 20 miles away... that changed today, my dad and I rented a car dolly, and went out an picked her up!

I owe my dad the biggest thank-you, there's no way I would've gotten the car here without his help.

Here's a pic of the car in it's new home (the garage at my new place) as you can see, my work's cut out for me, but I've already accomplished more in the last hour than I have in the last 9 hours of working on it (done in short 1-2 hour bursts, when time permitted) so I'm more than confident she'll be running and presentable in time for WFC.

Believe it or not, even with all the junk and tools crammed into the garage in/around her, I have much more room to comfortably work on the II... kinda explains why so little was getting done at my other place huh?

Congrats!:thumbsup I too myself just moved in Feburary and My garage looks alot like yours (full of stuff - CRAP to the wife) But after spending some $$$ and runnin the skill saw to it's ends I built as much shelving as humanly possible for a puny 2 car garage. Now I can finally roll in my fasback for it's heart surgery. (needs shortblock) Goin back to the 289, but atleast it won't be false advertising on my cowl anymore! Here's a pic of 'er sittin outside. Soon to be in!

Hey thanks! Yours will be sweet too. Just takes time. I'm still tinker ing on it and now it's due for a re-paint. What you saw was 12-13 year old paint. I'd safely say it's a 50-50 car. (50 feet, 50 mph) -lol
