Default new lighting problem

in my gauge cluster none of the lights work except for the gauges. the car runs fine i replaced all the bulbs. what should i do?

look at your fuses. there should be one for the inter. lights

Except the fuse panel for our cars is on the drivers side way way up under the dash. I have to lay on my back in the foot well and look up at a weird angle just to see it. Don't get me started on trying to reach it.
