Mustang II 4 lug to 5 lug conversion question

I am building a 37 Ford Roadster. I have a Mustang II front end and a 1970's Granada rear end. I also have a '92 Ford Ranger. Can I use the 5-lug hub from the Ranger with the Mustang II front end? What other parts is needed? I want to go with disc brakes, 5 lug 15 inch tires, coil over front end. Also, would a Granada front end 5-lug bolt on to the Mustang II front end?

Hope you know Granadas are Fox bodies and thus have the 7.5 rear end.
