Try this guy. I talked to him for mine and he said $43 for it with all gaskets.

there has been talk among stang II owners on this and many don't think it will fit..but then again, no one has bought one and reported back on it

Come to think of it. I also had a extra sending unit left over from my 74 Gran Torino. I noticed that it was almost the exact same as the mustang II's. I bend it less than a 1/4 inche and it was a perfect match.
