first how do i take the vynil panals fron the inside doors, and how do i align the hatch?

The way I did my hatch was to tighten the bolt but to leave them a little loose. I used equal sized shims at the bottom until it was square on both side. And just tightened them dowm from there. What panels on the inside are you talking about. The ones that cover the lights or the wheel well?

If your talking bout the inside door panels then here is what you do.
Take off the door and window crank handles. Take off the arm rest. And then just pull the thing off it is held on by clips. Be careful though don't just rip the thing off go slow so you don't mess any thing up.

Places like Harbor Freight Tools sells nylon prybars that work well to get under the door panels to pop the clips off with out tearing the cardboard. They are like $3.
