Default Determining if Engine is Nos Matching

Does anyone know how I can tell if a 75 302 is nos matching? Thanks,

On the engine is engineering numbers, look for something like DOZZ or D9AZ the letters and numbers tell when the engine was made, find them and any Ford dealer can tell you the year made, date, and the shift that assembled it

i mean numbers matching....trying to determine if the engine installed was the original engine from the factory.
