Quite a choice, I think since you are going to have to pay for it and live with it, it should be your decision. Asking others what they like will get you 100 different combos. Your best bet would be to look at other photos of II's and decide what you like and can afford. Candy apple red is very hard to do right and then you are basically stuck with a custom color that can't be touched up correctly if something should happen. Black can go both ways it can in some cases hide bad prep work and in others show every nick, scratch and wave. If you are keeping the car factory stock you will probably want to stay with a stock color. Most importantly, you did not mention what color your interior is. This makes a big difference in the exterior color. Black interior goes with just about everthing, other colors may clash, especially if you add graphics or stripes. My car was silver with red interior. The only color stripe that seemed to look good with it was red. |
