Not that rare in the day, but not many on the road now.
The 302 powered MII's had serveral unique parts in order to fit the V8...exhaust manifolds, engine mounts, bellhousing, and flywheel/flexplate. these parts are in pretty decent demand over on eBay.
In addition, good gastanks, dashpads, lower valence, front clip, instrument backplane, urethane bumpers, etc. are getting hard to find and are not being reproduced.
