I again found out something new about my car. I found out on the Vin # decoder that my 1974 Mustang II 3-door is actually a 1974 Mustang II Mach 1 3-door. I don't really know what the difference is, if it is harder to find or what, but if anyone knows anything different about the mach 1 it would help me out a lot . Thanks

The Mach 1 package for the Mustang IIs was mostly an appearance package, same as the Cobra II, Stallion, and Ralleye package. It's a neat option, and not a particularly common one, and the Mustang II Mach 1s were pretty good looking cars from the factory, especially the ones with the factory spoiler and the slotted mag wheels.
