The Mach 1 package for the Mustang IIs was mostly an appearance package, same as the Cobra II, Stallion, and Ralleye package. It's a neat option, and not a particularly common one, and the Mustang II Mach 1s were pretty good looking cars from the factory, especially the ones with the factory spoiler and the slotted mag wheels.
