If you have an engine lift available, you can lift the engine slightly (unbolt the engine from the mounts first, and watch the firewall and
trans tunnel, don't want to catch anything up or bend anything) and see if that gives you any more room. Don't go forcing it out of there, you'll only end up bending the pan or the pickup tube that is connected to your oil pump.
