to the site. Try checking ebay from time to time, have seen them on there. Also take a look over at mustangii.net. Nothing but II guys there and a lot of them sell spare parts.

1966 Mustang Vert., 200 CID I6, Autolite 1100, Candy Apple Red, black interior with black power top, C4 Auto Trans (was 3 speed manual), Scarebird 4 lug front disc brake conversion, dual MC in process.

1976 Cobra II, 302 CID, C4 auto trans. Blackjack headers, white with blue stripe and blue interior. Restoration and mod in process.

I had the same problem with my mustang II. I couldnt find anywhere that sold a new one or any aftermarket. I only had a few pin holes in mine that formed over the winter from storage. I ended up taking off my gas tank and then bought this putty like stuff from advance auto parts and put it on there then after it hardened ( like 5 minutes its very fast) i put 2 coats of fiberglass that i bought from walmart on there. after all of that I primed the whole gas tank. Oh yea make sure if you do this that you clean it out very well and make sure no gas is in there before you clean the outside. You really dont want any sparks with fumes. I wired wheel the whole gas tank it went very smooth actually . My tank has lasted me 4 years so far and still looks great!!!
