So I was gunna try to put new front brakes on my car, well when I pulled the front left tire the outside of the rotor was detatched from the hub with the lugs! Now I'm trying to get the caliper off. Well I can't get it. I found a allen wrench bolt and a 11/16th bolt. . . Am I missing something? Please help! I miss driving my baby!

You'll need to remove that bolt, and then, using a punch and a hammer, tap out the pins that actually hold the caliper in place. Make sure and use a brake parts lubricant (Like the $1 packet ones Autozone will try to cram down your throat if you buy your parts there.) on the pins when re-installing to help prevent squeal and binding.
