Default Mustang II Custom Ideas

First off, Im new here and hoping to stay a while.

Found a nice '76 M II with roll-pans that I really like.Thoughts on the looks of it would be nice

On another note, anyone have any pointers for creating a roll-pan from scratch for someone whom has never worked sheet-metal before?Im contemplating fiberglass at you could almost mold it using fleece and a few makeshift molds.IMO, sheetmetal would be more professional, but fiberglass would be lighter.

In the end Im looking to take my '74 Ghia 2.8L V6 and restore itwith a few custom twists to set it apart from all others, including the rollpan ideas and also a custom interior featuring real wood instead of plastic wood inserts used originally and also a custom upholstery as my father has many years in the business.

Would like other opinions on what my ideas are thus far as well as any aditional ideas someone may like to submit. Please limit to something that a young college student could afford and not something that would take several grand on the spot-unless of course you wish to donate to the cause..Im only working with a couple hundred here and there so most fabricating will be done personally with the assistance of family.

Welcome to the site. One easy mod is to suck your front and rear bumpers into the body. Put on a hood scoop, make it functional for better air flow and power. With your dad's interior experience your imagination is the limit. The wood look can be done with a wood vanier overlay and stained to your liking. ($30.00 for a roll at Lowe's). Ask your dad, he would be the best place to start. I was a 47 Ford at a car show on Saturday with light brown tweed interior. It was mouth watering.
