Hello, I am interested in purchasing this 78 King Cobra that is in my neighborhood and was wondering what one is worth

Its its pretty bad condition seeing it has alot of rust, paint is comming off, and interior is falling apart...

any help on what this is worth would be great... owner wants a best offer... doesn't have an asking price

Also i forgot to mention that it has a new engine in it.... well not new but does not have the original... it currently has a 92 5.0l engine

I am not positive about this but I think all king cobra's had the sport roof option (t-tops), so I'm thinking its not a real king cobra
