Thumbs up Mustang IIs have been spotted in Bowling Green at the NMRA Event!

1976 Ford Mustang II Ghia: 302 with a 600cfm Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock Performer 289 intake, Dynomax Blackjack headers, 2.5" exhaust with Flowmaster Super 44s. RJS 11-gallon fuel cell, C4 tranny, chrome 16" pony wheels, fuzzy dice, brown vinyl half-top, and painted in the tackiest color ever (harvest gold, that's why I call it "The Goldenrod").

Also have a 2003 Dodge Ram (lightly modded daily driver/tow rig/office/dining room/home away from home/workshop... I call it "The Big Blue Dawg".)

I even talked a gentlemen from around here that is into restoring them and he has done a great job on the car that he brought to the show. He says that it is still a work in progress.

Do you know whether or not it is an actual King Cobra? I've never seen one with that paint scheme, but either way it is an awesome looking car.

The gentleman tells me that the color is an original color and that it is a Cobra II. He also has another one that he is working on.

I have asked if I could come by some time and do a photo OP and story on the cars and he said that would be fine!

This particular car has been in a pictorial in a magazine, but I did not get the magazine or article. Sorry

I don't know when I will get a chance to do the pictures, but I will keep in touch with him.

That is definately a stock King Cobra color. Not as common as the Black, navey or read but one of my favorites
