Tough to say.
The "$10k" book figure is really for your run-of-the-mill, dang-near-perfect, daily driven for at least a few years at some point kind of car with some notable, but not high mileage (40-50 thousand miles wouldn't be unreasonable).
With that few miles though???
Barring sun damage, bushing/tire/weatherstriping/belt/hose rot, or any of the other things that age alone would cause on a car that old even without much driving...
Probably $12-15k selling outright to a buyer... maybe $20k or so at an auction of collector cars with the right buyer in the crowd (ME if I had that kind of money!!!, I'd probably keep fighting into the $30k range if I had to for one with that low of mileage!)
Regardless the car is a TRUE collectors item, one of the rarest Mustangs out there to be sure, and with the exceptionally low mileage (depending on overal originality and condition) is a sound investment and something to be cherished (and only RARELY driven!)
