ok here is my problem now, the car turns over and sounds like it wants to start but doesn't it is getting fuel and spark please help if you can, your help is greatly appreciated. I took the engine out of the car and found a ground that was keeping it from starting,and fixed it and now the battery isn't ead it is staying charged so please help me if you can

ok thanks to everyones help I got her started but now I am having an overheating problem ordered a new radiator, water pump and termostat, can anyone help me out on what else to get to fix my problem or try before I recieve these parts. Your help is greatly appreciated

ok i have a new problem I appreciate everyones help an dgeting me to start the car, but now that I have it started it is overheating on me. I ordered a new radiator, waterpump and thermostat, if anyone knows what else I should try it would be greatly appreciated.

idk exactly what the deal on the v6 is but on my 4 cylinder there is a bolt at the bottom of the shaft that you loosen and the distributor comes right out. I higly sugest getting a "HANES" repair manuel...then you could know for sure.

It sounds like you are on the right track with the cooling problem. Sometimes when you buy a new thermostat if may be bad also. I bought 2 new bad ones from autozone. I suggest putting it in a pot of boiling water with a therometer to make sure that it opens before putting it in the engine block.
