I've been planning on doing two more desktop wallpapers for Mustang II enthusiasts ever since I did the first two a few years ago over on the Stangnet Mustang II forums. Now that I've got the time and resources handy again, I'm going to tackle that project again. The first two were done in MS Paint (no joke) but I've since learned to use better software including Photoshop and The GIMP (the one I will use this time) so they'll be a bit more elaborate and better laid-out.
If you want have your car featured in the wallpapers I'm going to create, either post a pic of it or a link to a pic of it in this thread and I'll include it.
If you know of other II owners who's IIs you think would look great in the wallpapers, tell them to join AFM and post to this thread!
I'm attaching the first two wallpapers to this post so you'll be able to see the previous work. The new ones should be better!

I've got an idea I've been wanting to do for awhile that your GT would fit in with, White Angel, I'd need a 65/66 Shelby in white with blue stripes, a 76/77 Cobra II in White with any color of stripes, a 1984 Mustang GT 350 aniversary car, an SN95/New Edge car with the "Mustang" down the sides similar to the old Shelbys, and a car like your GT to do it though.

Matt, can you upload your new wallpaper as attachments? Would also like to feature them in our Gallery Wallpaper collection. Lots of great 65/66 Shelby pictures you could use in our gallery.

Scott, those two are actually the old ones, but I'll upload them for you and you could feature them in the gallery if you like, I'm trying to get two new ones made with AFM member rides though.

Cool! I may not get the II desktop done anytime soon at this rate, but I'm already working on the other idea I had... lol, your car's in it for sure White Angel, and I may use the Cobra II and Shelby you found for me, but I was kinda hoping to use member cars for all of them.

I want in but I have no photos of my II yet and its in the shop!!! I should have it back in under a week though.
Don't sweat it, I'm going to wait a few weeks to even start on it... though I have already started the "Five Generations" wallpaper concept... it's looking cool (I think so anyway).

Whatever became of this? I've been waiting to see this for months!!!! Are they done yet?
Well, sadly, your car and mine are the only member cars that submitted anything. If you want though, I can do a desktop for you using your car.

Thats a shame that no one else is interested. If you don't mind doing it, that would be awesome.
Can you use this one for the main pic instead of the other one with me in front of it? Also, I'm not as ashamed of how my engine looks now. Thanks Again.
