Has nothing to do with freedom of speech, it is Netiquete, the proper use of the language is important but so is the use of CAPS which in net terms means SHOUTING !!

The same rules apply in AllfordMustangs.com, try to use the proper language and don't use caps (unless you really mean to shout).

Default Respect

I actually saw the part you had for sale and the questions and replies on it. I think you both need to step back and take a deep breath. Both of you sounded silly and immature. Typing in all caps is shouting and can be construed as rude. Kind of like certain people talking loudly and using vulgar language on their Nextel phone. You probably didn't realized it and didn't mean it that way. The other guy overreacted with his reply. Get a grip, it's only a part for sale. If he bought it, just smile and take his money. It's not like you have to marry his ugly step sister and be part of the family.

We all have to live by sets of rules. If not, life would be complete chaos. There are times where rules need to be changed or amended, for reasons of safety or social order, which would hardly be the case in this instance. I have found, in my many years of wandering on this earth, that it's much better to just go with the flow. Your nerves will appreciate it. ---Chuck

roadsterII, I haven't finished wandering on this one. Are you offering any suggestions for my next planet when my wandering mission is complete here? As best that I can tell Earth has been the first and only planet that I have been assigned to.

I think this thread has outlived it's usefulness... I'm going to go ahead and close it.
