Default Hurst shifter for Mustang II?

Looking for a Hurst or any aftermarket shifter or even a stock shifter to cut down for a 76 (74-78?) Cobra II. My wife bought this car new (for her 20th b-day!) and it has been in hot rod Mustangs magazine along with Pete Sessler's Mustang buyers guide. The car is perfect and absolutely show condition body and interior and am currently rebuilding engine, brakes, suspension, etc. to get it back to running condition. She will drive it to a few shows and cruise activities and would like to make some minor bolt on mods to shifter, and some engine parts so as not to destroy the originality of this A title car.
I would like to find a used or new Hurst even though I know they were discontinued years ago.
Someone, somewhere must have one of these shifters, so it seemed like a good place to make the inquiry!

Default Hurst Addition for Mustang II

Hurst part number for the Mustang II shifter for either the V6 or V8 (as they were both basically the same trans) is/was 3487960.

Converted a stock shifter to a Hurst shifter and it looks very good! If anyone is interested I will send pics and how to instruction. Am also considering making another one and selling on ebay.
