Default 1977 Mustang II fuse box location

Need Help!

I may feel stupid for this, but I can not find the fus box. My dad bought this car new for mom, but just decided to get it out and the stop lights are out. Found the main power line into the firwall, but no fuse box and he has no manual!

Appreciate help.

Unfortunatelt the fuse box is located dead center behind the dash way way up, at best you will be able to feel it, but never see it. It is gonna hurt just reaching it. Good Luck

Right behind the gas pedal. The term ergonomics was invented after the location for the fuse box was settled.
