As long as you start with a donor turbo harness, you don't have to touch the stock stuff.
You can make the donor harness "stand alone" to where you only need a Batt pwr, Ign pwr and ground as well as EEC relay and fuel pump relay.
I used to know the ECU pins by heart, but have forgotten some of it.
