Default Throw out bearing yoke/arm, removal

I wanted to have my bellhousing powder coated which involves cooking the powder, and I was afraid that would melt any plastic bushings the throw out bearing yoke/shaft rides in. Is there any secret to knocking out the pins so the shaft and bushings can be removed? Thanks, Scott.
