Default Mustang II 4 lug to 5 lug conversion question

I am building a 37 Ford Roadster. I have a Mustang II front end and a 1970's Granada rear end. I also have a '92 Ford Ranger. Can I use the 5-lug hub from the Ranger with the Mustang II front end? What other parts is needed? I want to go with disc brakes, 5 lug 15 inch tires, coil over front end. Also, would a Granada front end 5-lug bolt on to the Mustang II front end?

Unhappy Instructions to encourage more canniblization, not on my watch

I am with Stang II... To publicly share information that will only encourage others to carve up our classic cars to rebuild one for you that was not designed well enough in the first place to stand the test of time will only harm the future interests of the hobby of those who love the Cobra II cars. Preserving every one is a big priority since they are worth more than handfull of unreplaceable front end parts.

Is the front end from a II or aftermarket? I know ive heard the Granada spindles and rotors work, not sure if it is the rotors alone or if the spindles have to be swappd too.
