Default 4 Lug to 5 Lug conversion

I have a Mustang II front suspension from a 1976. It has 4 lug rotors. Can I replace the 4 lug with 5 lug and use the same calipers, bearings, etc?

Thanks,
Bob Hiller

Yes you can thats what i did a local hotrod shop sells them for the hot guys using the II suspension and dont want the chev calipers or big dollar conversion kits the rotors are 140 bucks for the pair. i would assume any hot rod shop that deals with II IFS kits would have them

You can also get them off ebay in 5 lug ford pattern for about $80.00 including shipping.

Can you provide an Ebay link to the rotors you are describing?

Or you can go to the junk yard and get the whole brake and caliper setup from a 74 to 78 Ford grand torino, granada, or 74 - 77 Mercury cougar. The Grand Torino setup is what I have on the front of my car. That the same setup the Aerospace Component told me to do.
