You can still get P175/70R13s They are the OE size on late-model Hyundai Accents, so they're still readily available. They'd be a bit narrower, but it's not like the stock tires on our cars had a real contact patch to begin with.

195/60/13s from Sumitomo.
Decent brand, only the tiniest bit less aspect ratio than stock, you'll probably never notice the difference and your speedometer might be off by all of 1 or 2 mph. On top of that, they're the same width as the factory tire, with less sidewall flex, so your handling might actually be the tiniest bit better.
