Going to look at a 70 302 what should I be watching for?

Are you people getting tired of me asking questions yet? I found a 1970 302 on craigslist for 250 bucks. Just what i'm looking for, but I want to know if it will work with my harness and accessories already on my current 302. Simple drop in? Also anything I should watch out for?

That a good find. That engine boasted a C.R. of 9:5, horsepower of 220 at 4600, and torque of 300 at 2600. That's 90 hp over the stock Mustang II's 302.

You'll just need to swap your accessories and tinware (oil pan, valve covers) over to it and it'll bolt in.

Find you a nice 4-bbl intake and a 500-600cfm 4-bbl carburetor, and some headers and you'll REALLY wake the car up.

That's the best part it already has a manifold and 4 barrel on it.
