Ok, i'm getting really sick of my puny 14" rims. Does anyone know if upgrading to the 10hole mustang GT (85-87ish) will cause any problems? Or the 15" 'turbine' rims (88-89?) Or how about the "PONY" 16" 5 stars (90-93)

You can use those rims, but spacers are required. Turbine wheels look good. I have 16 x 7 2005 Mustang wheels on mine with 205/50 x 16s up front and 225/55 in the rear, using 2" spacer/adapters that convert 4 lug to 5 lug. It is working well. Wish the fronts were 1/2" shorter.

Unless spacers are used the rims will rub on the control arms. The 13" Mustang II wheels had a backspace of 4" or less and the rims you mentioned are all 5" plus. Also the overall hieght of the front wheels should not be taller than about 24.5", the rear is a bit more forgiving.

for the 15in 10 hole, the suggested tire is 205/55/15.... OD is 23.9 sect. is 8.5
