Will an automatic tranny from a 302 work on a 2.8 v6? is there a major difference between transmissions?

YUP!!!! Honda hater's rite... the bolt pattern IS different...and becides that, the internal clutching from a V8 C4 and a V6 C4 are also different. BUT!!! if you want, you can swap the bell housings (that is if you have it).
