Yes, they will fit, but if the 351 heads are from a NON ROLLER 351 then you need reducer bolts or studs, those heads used 1/2" bolts, so you need a bolt that goes from 1/2 to 7/16 which is the 302 size...or you can use reducer bushings.

Newer 351 heads are 100% compatible with old and new 302s and 5.0 HOs.
