Default Steering Question

Well, i am brand new to Mustang II's I drive a 1965 Mustang Coupe with a tired old 289, and i had heard rumors of a mustang II at a local junkyard, so i went over and i plan to swap this into my mustang and hopefully puttin a stout little 4.6 SOHC my question is, what time of steering linkage connects the steering column to the rack and pinion, does it include a rod type setup with 2 or so universal joints?? also did they come with manual or power rack and pinions, and im sorry i do not know what year this mustang is, i am going on tuesday to pick up the complete front end, and i would like to know some details, one other question is did any mustang II come with 5 lugs, and if they didn't have any of you swapped in 5 lug front brakes from say a fox body, SN95 or a classic, any feedback would be greatly appreciated...thank you

Mustang IIs were ALL 4 lug, but front rotors from 5 lug mid-late 70s Granadas fit the spindles, or Wilwood and everybody else (and their uncle) make improved brake kits for the front suspensions for these cars, Hell, Edelbrock even makes Performer IAS shocks and coilover conversion kits for the front suspensions from these cars (not to mention all the major shock/suspension companies).

Power and Manual steering were both available (have manual in my '74, love it, it's the best feeling steering system I've ever driven with, just makes tight parking spots a *****. I can't remember what kind of shaft my car has (sad, but true, especially when I'm in the middle of an engine swap!) I think it uses Ujoints though.
