I have a 76 mustang 11 with a new 302 motor an a performer rpm aluimun intake with a 750 double pumper carb an lots more. Would i get more out of puting 3.73 gears n it or puting a high lift cam an head work done??????? Any ideas of geting it down the road faster??????

Gears are one of those bang for the buck mods. I'd go gears before internals.

ok thanks what size rear end is it ive been told it was a 7.5 an a 8''? An what gear would be good for street use an 1/4 mile runs? Im thinkin 3.73 or 3.80.

Although I admit that gears are indeed great I have to disagree. The best bang for your buck would be nitrous. I have had it on my past 3 cars. There is nothing that is going to make you go faster and cheaper than with nitrous. Just don't blow yourself up.

well im not really into nitrous thing to me on tha street its cheatin because most people dont have it im just a all motor guy on tha track its ok but not on tha street.
