If it came out of a '73 Torino, I'm willing to bet that 73-76 Thunderbird/Mark V rear brake assemblies would fit (they were available with rear disc brakes, as well as being some of the first cars available with rear anti-lock brakes (no joke, my '75 Thunderbird had them, stopped on a half-dollar and left change, of course, it was a nose-heavey 5000+ lb. car!))

Only problem with those is that they will change your rear bolt pattern from the common Ford 5-lug pattern to the same bolt pattern used on Chevrolet pickups (I never figured out why Ford used the Chevy pickup bolt pattern, but it was a blessing for me because I owned one of each and could switch wheels/tire between them in a pinch).

I do know that Aerostar/Ranger/B2300 8.8" rear-ends are dimensionally close to the factory 8" rears of Mustang IIs, but I don't know if there were rear disc brakes available on them.

First you need to check and see if it is really a rearend from a 73 torino. Because it would had to of been cut down almost 6 in just to make it fit. The 73 torino also didn't use a leaf spring setup. But Aerospace componnents do sell a big disc 4 piston drag racing setup for it from $799.00
