#1 yes, but where? I don't know. One of my dad's employees had a really hot Capri (the Euro-model, not the fox or ther vert) in the 80s. He currently works at a Goodyear Dealer on 6th street in Downtown Topeka, Kansas.
#2, any machine shop can port any heads.
Most of the performance stuff will probably have to be imported from Germany, where the engine has been used for racing Capri's & other Ford of Germany applications.
